"AVOID NOTEBOOK GURU. I have purchased a 2.200 gaming laptop there. When I received the box the laptop has dead pixels. I had this kind of experience before so I paid the zero dead pixel warranty that they offer at notebook guru. He never intended to change my laptop. After days of waiting for a response, he told me THAT HE COULD ONLY SEND ME A NEW LCD SO I CAN MOUNT IT MYSELF. Now I'm waiting for 10 days since his last email. I write them every two days, and no response. My case will be in hands of the police on Monday. AVOID NOTEBOOKGURU!!!!"
