"The mirror arrived with the frame damaged at one end. I called their customer service telephone number and got a recording. I called two more times and again got a recording. I have sent an email and no reply. I've even contacted my credit card company and told them to disallow the charge and still no return communication. What gives with these people?"

"I placed my order and all went well at first; I received a confirmation via email and the funds were withdrawn from my bank account. Then a week later the funds were returned. I called them and asked why, the woman told me she wasn't sure and asked to call me back. Two days had gone by and no return call so I called again, this time a recording came on and I left a message and then a few days later I sent an email. No one called me back or replied to my email. Finally I called multiple times in one day each time my call was sent to a recording finally after the 10th call someone did answer and she told me my item had been on backorder but was set to ship the following Monday (it was Friday), I asked her if I would receive an email confirming the shipment and she said I would. Monday came and went and nothing, on Wednesday I called back and again was sent to a recording! I became angry, I emailed them and demanded they cancel my order and within 24 hours they cancelled my order, how quick they were to cancel my order . . .!!"

"I placed an order for a bench from NotJustMirrors. A week went by and I decided to look at my order status online. It said "processing". So Another week went by and I checked again and it still said "processing". So I wrote an email to customer service asking about my order status. I did not get a response back, so I wrote another email a few days later. Still no response. The 3rd week comes around and my order still says "processing", so I call customer service and get a recording. I leave a message explaining my frustration. I now want to cancel my order because I am not happy with this service. So I send a third email asking them to cancel my order and to please contact me. Well, I got an email in about an hour saying that my order had been cancelled per my request. No explanation, no apology. Strange how they were so eager to cancel my order rather than actually ship my order. Oh Well. Their loss. "

It was over 700 lbs., so I am glad my husband was at home to help the driver. "I placed an order with Notjustmirrors.com. They sent me a confirmation email. then they wrote to me the next day and said they made a mistake on the pricing of the unit. So unilaterally they canceled my order. When I tried to re-order the same item, not only did they triple the price, the shipping cost was more than twice as before. I wrote and complained, but they never responded to my emails. No apologies, no nothing. Why would I want to give my business to them? "

They used a good carrier and the mirrors arrived without any damages, even the boxes were in perfect condition.
