"I placed an order with them on 12/7/11. I received an email saying it was shipped.2 weeks go by and no package.I sent various emails and no response. Finally i get 1 after the holidays saying sorry but the holidays backed us up. Now two of my products are out of stock. They send what they have on Jan .3. Its now Jan 13 and I still have no package abd was not refunded my money for those two out of stock items. Theyre response was maybe I should shop somewhere else next time.Good stuff huh. Although the prices are good the service sucks.update...still no refund on jan 19"
