"Very poor on communication. It took a week for them to get back to me about an order that had been back ordered for about a month, and then they shipped it the day after I tried to cancel it. It was almost impossible to get through to them over the phone. I would not deal with them again. To be far, I finally did get someone on the phone line, and she was very nice. It appears they are short staffed so maybe at some point their customer service will be more effective. I can't say I have a quibble with there product as I plan to refuse shipment."
