"I've ordered from them several times and have always been satisfied with the quality and service. I don't know how to exactly tell they're doing a good job, but they have caught plenty of dust within a couple months. I typically change every two months since they seem pretty full by then. For Merv 12 and good quality, it seems like a decent bargain."
