"When my basement dehumidifier gave up the ghost I knew I needed a new one in place within a few days to protect the stored contents. Unfortunately no local brick & mortar had the Frigidaire model I wanted in stock leaving online purchase as the only option. Amazon appeared to be both the cheapest with a reasonable delivery interval until I came across Nordam Appliance who is my home state of NJ. They were 10% cheaper plus are located in an economic zone where sales tax is 1/2 of normal all in all a significant savings. With some trepidation I called them to confirm in stock status and delivery. Over the phone I was assured they had the dehumidifier and delivery would be 3 days later in the week. With crossed fingers I placed the order online. Sure enough 3 days later as promised it was delivered. They did their own delivery which I have to assume is only within a certain distance from their location. It turned out to be a pleasant experience that gave best price and quickest delivery. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again in the future. "
