"If you have a critical order that you think you may need to follow up on directly with the company then think twice before ordering. The only method of getting a hold of them is through a "Feedback" web link which does not properly timestamp your message or through email. I recommend emailing them directly you will get a quicker response and the timestamp will be accurate. Their overnight shipping is extremly high also but with their awesome prices it still comes out cheaper then the competitors. I still question their side that it was processed and sent out 10 minutes after I ordered because I ordered it Wednesday at 2:18PM overnight and it didn't come till Friday. Other then that the prices can't be beat and if your package is not critical a good company to do business with. "
