"I ordered an SDR key from Nooelec that never arrived. Nooelec states in the shipping confirmation email that one should not use EBay disputes in case of problems. My parcel stil being lost I opened a dispute on EBay to benefit from Paypal buyer protection. Nooelec persuaded Paypal that the parcel was received (it was not the case !) and refused to refund me or send me another SDR key, pretexting that I opened a dispute on EBay. These people are not honest."

"Beware !!!! I receive this in a NON working condition and when contacted NooElect company they ask me for 20% Re-stocking fee that I understand is Unacceptable. Their company website say 15% re-stocking fee by the time I made the purchase (and I have the screenshot) but they said they changed. Because I asked about the policy change they refer me to their "Legal Department" and their "Lawyer" said "They can change their restocking fee, or any of their policies, at their discretion as per their store terms and conditions" Their website also mention a "30-day-no-question-asked" that is not true because the first response I got by email when asked about return was "What is the reason?" In order to give me a RMA number that never they did.

Well, I think I lost the money in this one. Im done with NooElect as a company, if you are lucky and the item that you bought arrives working you are good but if something goes wrong you are screwed.

"My experience from buying products from Nooelec

I purchased a number of items from Nooelec on 11 September 2014, totaling US$353.85 . On the same day, Nooelec charged my credit card for all the goods. Despite charging the goods immediately, they only shipped the goods on 25 September 2014, more than 2 weeks later, despite all goods I ordered listed as available in stock on their website.
I never received the goods from Nooelec. Despite my many follow-up emails, Nooelec claimed issues occurred with their shipment provider losing the package in transit.
On November 18 2014, I assisted Nooelec to complete paperwork for their insurance provider for them to recoup the costs on the lost goods.
Despite this, now almost 4 months after the purchase date, I have never received my goods. I proposed Nooelec to either reship me the goods, or provide me with a refund, none of both Noeelec honored.
