"Waited a month, I think that's long enough for someone to send something. They never bothered to send even a confirmation of the order, no communications whatsoever. They just take the cash and hope you don't notice that they are never going to actually send you the item that you paid for. Terrible..."

"I had been waiting a week or better to get at least a tracking number, I sent 3 emails trying to see what was going on. I only to find out that it had not been shipped because they were out of two of the wines I had ordered. And instead of informing me they were just not going to ship it. I needed it for a party and I expected to receive it on time having ordered it early. Very disappointed. Will not be using their service again"
