"I ordered a product on line showing an original price of $21.99 but discounted to $17.99 (this did not include, tax, shipping or handling which of course was extra). It arrived in a timely manner, I will give them that, but it still had the ACTUAL price sticker on it of $9.99!!! The product is mediocre at best. Granted, it is not a lot of money but none the less, I was ripped off by the price. No one answers my phone calls and my email has gone unanswered. I really dislike leaving bad reviews and think it through before I do so, but I feel this time it it is certainly warranted. I have ordered from them several times in the past but this will be the last time. "

"I ordered something for Christmas on the 11th of Dec. The confirmation said I would receive updates on shipping. I heard nothing until the 20th that it shipped. I e-mailed them 2x and tried to call. No phone number on their website makes it difficult. Here I am on 12/24 with no "stuff". Horrible customer service and obviously no process if it took 9 days to ship. I will probably send it back because I'm sooooooooo annoyed."
"Ordered Christmas presents at the beginning of the month. Took them a week and a half to process the order. No emails answered, and no one picking up the phone. Did a little sleuthing and called the physical store that owns the site, still took an hour to get someone on the phone, who rudely told me I was "spoiled by Amazon." Okay lady. I finally received a shipping notice 8 days ago, and it still didn't come today. So I'm leaving tomorrow morning without any presents. After receiving a confirmation that my order was processed, I never heard from them again. So far I've sent three emails asking about the status of my order, with no response back. The lack of service conflicts with the shipping and response guarantee that is stated on their website. Honestly, I'm just disappointed that I've had such a bad experience with such a highly regarded online store. We Are...Penn State? Not for this alumni I guess. "
