"We ordered some goods in early October specifically for a 25 October birthday, which Nitelife were aware of. they confirmed we would have the good by this date. Payment of £105 was made to them. We asked for a refund and in late November the goods turned up. We returned them in accordance with their refunds policy. Despite confirming their return and that monies would be refunded, we still await our refund. They have now said that we have already been refunded and that a manager would contact us. Surprise, surprise...no contact and still no refund. We will be taking legal action. I would urge you not to deal with this supplier, as they are not trustworthy and their customer service is non-existent."
