I have a problem on my order that has not been solved

"If they have zero star, I will give. I placed an order three days ago. Then I found the ship date is one month later. I contacted the customer service right away via email and phone. Until now, I have sent more than 20 emails and called more than 10 times. No one replied. I can not reach any one of the representives. I think the experience is terrible. I will never order any item on Nine West any more. "

"compelte lack of customer service. I received someone elses order, luckily they sent it to someone honest, they arranged to collect it and did so before i even got my correct order. When i recived the correct item, it was ripped!! i returned it for a refund........after two weeks, not even a confirmation email, when i rang, i spoke to an unhelpful individual and was told that i would just have to wait up to 3 weeks for the item to start to even be processed and that they didnt send confirmation emails. Disgraceful service. shame really as i used to like Nine west, but the service was diabolical, and the item was faulty. i certainly wont be giving them anymore business."

"They over charged me when i ordered some shoes online. This was mid december. Now I cant seem to get anyone to answer me to get my money back. It has been over a month. I have tried to call, chat and email. No response on email. On chat and phone they tell me I have to wait for a manager to call me back but no one does. I will NEVER shop from these theives again and I recommend you don't either. Something will go wrong and there is absolutely NO ONE that cares that works there!! No one!"
