"I ordered a gun case Sunday, Mar 29. Posted delivert date was between April 3 and April 10.
April 11 it still had not arrived, with no communication from seller (NightGalaxy on Ebay).
I logged on Ebay, explained the problem, and requested a refund.
Ebay contacted NightGalaxy, product had not even been shipped, and Ebay issued me a refund. Not one word to me ever from NightGalaxy.
Other customers report the exact same problem from this dishonest seller. Stay away from NightGalaxy on Ebay."

I am very happy with my flight suit and use it every day. Best flight suit I've ever own. My only drawback is the shipping cost. I think I paid close to 50% of the price of the product in just shipping. Considering this model is impossible to get hold of in Europe it was in the end worth the shipping. "
"Ordered a scope through Walmart.com - seller was Night Galaxy. They sent an email to confirm purchase of something else - I responded that I ordered two scopes and gave them a .pdf of the order. I never heard back from anyone at this POS company. If you are purchasing on the web - they can list an item and just cancel your order while your bank holds your funds. "
"Ordered an item from Night Galaxy, an eBay seller on March 8, 2018. Night Galaxy was quick to prepare a shipping label which then allowed them to receive payment from PayPal. The shipper never received the item. On the original estimated delivery date (to my home) I attempted to contact Night Galaxy - received no response from emails, voice messages and the "chat" options did not work online. Notified eBay the day after the items was scheduled to be delivered and that started a long process of them (eBay) "checking" on the order. Ultimately I was notified that my purchase price had been refunded. Great news but this some how prevented me from evaluating the really bad experience with Night Galaxy. From reviewing web reviews it appears that Night Galaxy seems to work as the whim hits them - which doesn't seem to be often or on a regular basis. I am exceptionally disappointed in what seems to be an eBay designed system that limits negative feedback - the writer is simply looped back to being forced to contact the seller, Night Galaxy in this instance, who had proved to be a sub-rate seller and not interested in providing anything other than a totally unsatisfactory level of service."
