"I ordered DVD+RW from them couple of months ago and it took exactly 1 week to arrive, which is pretty fast considering it comes all the way from Germany. I have burned some stuff on my dvds and all of them have been working perfectly.


These following things are only rumours what others have said, so it's up to you if you wish to believe this or not: Some people claim returning stuff to them is extremely hard, customer service will totally ignore you if you try to return defective products for them. But as I said, these are only what others have said, I haven't gotten defective products from them, so I cannot talk from a personal experience.


But yeah, as I said, my experience with them has been good."
