"Their Customer service is great until you have a real problem, I order a tablet form them and they sent me a lower end one. I thought it was just a mistake so I emailed customer service explaining the situation. They responded by telling me that I was mistaken and they checked the tablet before they shipped it to me. I then sent a picture of the tablet specs and they did not email me back. I then opened a dispute on pay pal only to receive a message from Nicerpro saying that I was trying to fool them because I didn't like the product. They still said they would accept a return for a refund but I will not buy from them again."
