Avoid this seller.

"I am an avid car enthusiast and an ex-air force mechanic, have always performed all of my own maintenance. I have never broken a lug nut in my lifetime until I purchased lugs from next level motoring. The top twisted off of one of them during installation before reaching the specd 72 ft lbs. A few days later I decided to put the old lugs back on a 2 more of the lugs broke during removal, with a breaker bar, not even an impact. I've drilled out one of the studs without damaging the wheel and I still have 2 more to do. If you've ever had to remove a stripped or damaged lugnut then you know the frustration involved. "

Incompetent Shop

"I ordered an Avid.1 "HyperBlack" rim from NextLevelMotoring. I ended up receiving a wheel that looked Silver in color. When I reached out to them about this, they said that there might be slight differences between wheel batches. That is totally understandable, but when the difference is this great, I really do question what kind of shop they are running. They authorized an RMA, but I would have to pay multiple restocking fees as well as paying to ship the wheel back to them. They honestly treat customers as if they were in the wrong for ordering from them. I'm probably not going to send it back since it's going to cost almost the same as what I paid for the wheel to return it to them. Highly don't recommend NextLevelMotoring."

Next level motoring is the worse shop to buy wheels

"Next level motor

My experience with next level motoring is the most terrible buying experience I have ever had with any wheel shop. Next level motoring are crooks and sell products that are damaged and do not stick behind there motto of providing excellent customer satisfaction.

Here is my story...

I decided to purchase through next level a set of 20” xxr wheels.
I made sure to call before I placed the order so I knew the wheels were in stock. I purchased a set of 4 wheels. I received 3 of the wheels and upon opening the box I discovered all 3 wheels had damage on them.

All 3 wheels had gouges and scratches on the lips and also black sealant on certain parts of the wheels. All 3 wheels had evidence of a previous used wheel which had tires mounted on them as evidence by the gouges on various parts of the wheel where the tire mounting machine will mount onto the wheels and the black rubber sealant being used to seal the tires before mounting.

Also all 3 wheels had scratches and scuffs on the lugnut holes where the lugnuts would go into as if the wheels were mounted onto a car and used.


I immediately took pictures and sent an email with the pictures to next level motoring. I received an answer from Ryan snell and joe and their response was comical.

Ryan and joe response was that the damages on the wheels are normal part of shipping and packing and that the wheels never had any tires mounted on or have been used. Of course they will say those things. They made it sound like I didn’t know what I was talking about.

I informed them that I had a a friend who is a tire and wheel professional inspect the wheels. My friend stated and guaranteed the wheels had tires previous mounted and was used as evidence of the damage wheels.

Ryan’s response was “ I don’t think your friend know what he is talking about and doesn’t have enough experience to tell if he wheels were damage because of mounted tires”. Mind you my friend owns a tire and wheel shop and has been in the business for many years.


1 day later I received the last wheel and I had a feeling that wheel will have damages as well. Well sure enough when I opened the box, the wheel had the same damage as the other 3 wheels. They all looked the same with the same type of damage and evidence of used wheels which tires were mounted.


So I decided to call and speak with Ryan snell. Ryan stated the same thing on his email and stated that the damages are normal part of packing , shipping and handling of wheels. I told him that receiving damage products is not normal part of packing, shipping and handling.

Ryan said and was trying to brush off the situation by saying that “ if you mount tires on the wheels you will not be able to see those damages”. Is this a response you give a customer who is already upset that they received damaged rims?


So to remedy this issue I asked Ryan to take back the rims and give me a full refund and he stated that he will have to charge a 15% restocking fee and for me to pay the return shipping which will cost me $100. So in total I will return the damaged rims and pay them $300 for shipping and restocking fees and I will have no rims and they will make $300 off of me. This didn’t make sense to me.

So I asked to get a possible discount to make up for the damaged wheels. I felt a discount will be reasonable because I received damaged rims and a discount will negate me returning it back and being charged $300 and me having no rims.


Well, Ryan absolutely did not want to wave the restocking fee and shipping charge or give me a discount. I tried to be civilized with him but Ryan was unreasonable and unfair. This behavior of Ryan and next level is evident on many yelp and google, eBay reviews. Previous customers have receive damaged wheels and they try to return the wheel for a full refund and they will make it sound like it’s your problem and charge you shipping and restocking fees.


Please do not buy anything from next level motoring. They will send you damaged and or used rims. And when you try to return them, they will charge you a restocking fee and shipping charges that amounts to about $300-$400 depending on the cost of the wheels.

I strongly feel next level sent me Wheels which was used by another customer who returned the wheels. The wheels showed evidence of being mounted and used and I have pictures to prove this. However Ryan constantly repeated this story of how those are normal damages and try to play it off as if I don’t know what I’m talking about.


I asked to speak with the owner of next level but Ryan stated that he is not able to have the owner speak with me nor will he relay a message for the owner to call me.

When a customer is not satisfied with a product and is not given a brand new product and is given used rims when paid for brand new wheels. Is indicative of a bad company who is dishonest and does not stand by their product. It’s states on their website that they promote complete customer satisfaction but I received nothing but lies, dishonest business practice and false promises.....I feel I got scammed.

I recently purchased a set of rims with next level and they sent me damaged used wheels and when I tried returning them for deceiving me and sending me used wheels they want to charge me $300 for restocking fees and shipping cost.

They are crooks. They sell used wheels and pose them as new wheels.

Buyer beware!

"Buyer beware. This company takes very hard stance on return shipping. Be sure that you order the correct wheels. They will charge you shipping both ways, and then hit you with a 15% "restocking" fee. So, be sure to communicate through their website or call them directly. They will not respond to emails from customer service emails on your invoice. When they do contact you, they just keep repeating their company policy. Horrible customer service. I will never purchase from this company again. Good luck! "

Disgusting and **** consumer Service

"I bought a set of XXR 530 they came fine, but when I order the Circuit Racing Kit, the lug nut tool lasted me about 2-3 months before it broke, talked to them and they said they would send me a replacement for $10 which is unfortunate because I showed them card that came with the wheels and said I could get a free replacement at no charge "that didn't happen" so I payed the $10 get the replacement lug nut key and then 1 week later it cracked so I contacted them and now it's been 2-3 days and they won't answer any of messages. Trully a **** company that only cares about making money and not satisfying there consumers. ALL I CAN SAY IS DONT, BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, buy somewhere else. "

BUNCH OF CROOKS

"What a bunch of thieves!!! I placed an Order for 4 MiRo 111 18x8.5 Flat Black and it's been over a month and haven't received them. They keep saying their shipment is coming in ,but they have no clue when?! Some time next month?? I wish could give them 0 stars!!! So they kept and used my money for over a month and then im not gonna get compensated for that?? Even the bank gives you a 0% for keeping your money with them!!!
I called to check on the status, and Joe the manager just decides to give me a refund without asking me or notifying me!!! Really? Did i tell you to give me a refund? They don't even try to satisfy a customer, basically they just tell you to F*** off in a nice way.
NEVER DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!!! STAY AWAY FROM THOSE THIEVES!

"a simple problem with a simple solution. my son purchased a set of XXR550 rims from these guys and when he received them he realized he had ordered the wrong wheel offset. The rims would stick out about 1" beyond his wheel wells on his 2010 honda civic si. He called and explained the problem and all he asked was to exchange the rims for the same model with proper offset and he would pay any differences and was told to fill out an online rma form. He did so and received an email stating the rims were clearance and they would not take them back. He called them again and talked to a manager explaining to him that his invoice did not say they were not exchangable or returnable and again all he wanted them to do was exchange them for the same, not a different product, just with a different offset. The manager told him. " too bad soo sad", sell them to someone else. This is a simple mistake with a simple solution, but this company has no feelings for someone who made an honest error. Their customer service does not go beyond them being paid for their products. They are NOT in the same league with a company like discounttiredirect.com who's attitude is a sale is not final until the customer is satisfied which is why i have dealt with them for many years "

"Bad, bad, bad. Placed an order three weeks ago and have not received a shipping confirmation or the items I ordered. I have since emailed them multiple times and have received no response. Just opened a PayPal dispute to get my money back.

Wished I would have checked these guys out before ordering from them.

"I would definitely would give them a ZERO Stars!

First I ordered a XXR 527 18x8.75 Matte bronze. These guys shipped the a Glow Bronze. I never knew they were glow until recently that I got in an accident and I ordered from my same history, the same wheels i ordered before... but this time only 1 wheel of XXR 527 18x8.75 (same as before Matte bronze) - Me thinking I was going to get the same item. But nope. This time I received an actual Matte Bronze, which made my wheels look completely different ... due to the fact that they made the mistake.
So I call them, I talk to one of the reps - He says to buy a new wheel (Glow) and to return the other one.. I ask will i get a full refund, he says absolutely. I was happy with the service.
So I bought the new wheel (Glow) to match the other 3 wheels I had from my first order..
and When I do the return, I never received a form to return the item... So I request the return form again, and this same Rep tells me that had already sent it to me and basically I had 2 days to ship the item back or i would not get a refund... They didnt even issue me a label when it was their mistake.. so now i am stuck with a damn matte bronze wheel that is good for nothing!

Good way to scam people!!

"They Ship Fast but if you need to return an item they automatically deduct $15 away, That is not mentioned anywhere except a single location through a link on the bottom of their page in small text. Other locations on their website easily found only mention 15% restocking fee. Customer Service was terrible making excuses of why their website has misinformation.

All you need to do is click on the help bar on the Right side of the page (in red), then on the left click on "How do I return an item"

As of 09/25/14 this is what it says.

"We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. NLMotoring.com will gladly accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Merchandise must be returned in its original, unused condition. All packages must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Please submit an RMA request online to proceed. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all non-defective returns. Shipping charges are not refundable under any circumstance."

Do you see anywhere about $15 minimum? Nope just %15 restocking fee.

"Do not do business with this shady company(next level motoring). They reap me off on the fender roll rental claiming that I "damage" the treads and wil not refund my deposit. This people manager "joe covert" is a scamming people.

Those threads that they claimed wasn't even damage. Please beware!! Do not do business with this shady ass so called company.

"Prices are decent, but the Manager Joe and the customer service is absolutely terrible. I ordered a set of rims and was told that they already shipped out and that i would be receiving a tracking number shortly. Two days later, still no tracking number, I call and a I find out they still havent shipped out yet. Manager Joe was rude and made my attempt to make up for his poor staff's lies, wouldnt expedite shipping, wouldnt even throw in a free pair of lug nuts, nothing at all. He didnt even seem concerned the slightest bit and has no clue how to treat the customers that are keeping his company open. They just lost a customer and you should think twice before odering from these people. "
