"Exceeded my expectations
I am a returning Next Day Deal customer having bought a full frame DSLR and wide angle lens before.
This time I wanted a mirrorless camera kit (camera body, lens and lens adaptor). Unfortunately this was out of stock so I used the live chat on their website to ask about availability.
I received a very quick response saying the camera would be in stock by the end of that week but they did not have an ETA for the kit.
After about a week I decided to pay the extra and buy the items separately. The items arrived in less than a week and on the same day I received message from Next Day Deal to say the kit was coming back in to stock.
I responded to say thanks but I had already bought the items separately from their website. The following day I received a message to say Next Day Deal had refunded the difference between the items and the kit price (£130).
As I had not requested this refund - it was my decision not to wait - I think this is amazing.
The camera lens and adaptor arrived well packed and in original boxes. Everything in excellent condition and works perfectly. Very happy.

"Ordered a camera from Next Day Deal, first time using them, customer service was excellent, continual updates on the progress of shipment and tracking number too.
Delivery was by DHL, however the service again was excellent, except for the day of delivery (which was on time) but a £5k camera was to be signed for, was left in my open porch for all to see.
Next Day Deal I would definitely use again, in fact I have since purchasing my camera, this time for a lens, same excellent service and delivery."

Another supplier (jessops.com) had totally let me down on a pre-order for a Nikon Z8, after 3 weeks waiting, leaving me with very limited time to find another more reliable source that could actually deliver on time, before taking my flight on a job.
Next Day Deal listed the Z8 as "In Stock", I queried their team for expected delivery date, they told me it’s available for next day delivery. I placed my order, got tracking within a few hours, arrived a day later, with longer UK warranty and 9% cheaper than Jessops.

12.50pm - Receive tracking number email from Next Day Deal. "Your item is on its way"
12.51pm - Receive "Your order has been delivered" email from Next Day Deal
I contact DHL. Very surprised that an item worth £3500+ would be left in a bin with no signature.
DHL confirms in writing declared value of item was £100.
DHL confirms they first received item on 14/08
DHL confirms sender took extra steps to allow item to not require signature on delivery & could be left.
The box (which contains who knows what) will be returned unopened.
Seller has since told Paypal item was delivered
Seller has told DHL they don't want item returned
Paypal are on the case.
