"Beware! You get what you pay for.
The DVDs sold by this company are sometimes completely unplayable or of poor production quality. I purchased a 3 DVD set and 2 out of the 3 DVDs would not play at all.
When I tried to contact the company, I got thrown into their automated complaint filing system and was never contacted. Looking at their complaint logs, they allow you to request new DVDs if one or more of the DVDs you recieve in your original order are unplayable. This leads me to believe that this happens a lot. Why not just sell DVDs of known quality?
Their automated complaint service center is buggy--I got frequent errors, and because I refused to pay their ridiculous 20% restocking fee to return my DVDs, they never got back in touch with me.
If you're looking for headaches and a DVD (or DVD set) that may not play at all, shop here.
If you instead want any small semblance of quality control, pay a little extra at one of the bigger online retailers."
