"I've spend 26 years performing IT support and this is the first time that I've used Resellerrattings.com to make a online purchase and was let down. This company (NextHW) is completely unethical. They sold me a Windows 7 Professional upgrade key that was locked out by Microsoft. All I get now is "this software is counterfeit" message. In the lower right hand side of my screen it reads "Windows 7 Build 7600 This copy of Windows is not genuine". I've attempted for the past month to get NextHW to respond to my emails on this, but to no avail. I turned them in to Microsoft. I'll never purchase online like this again--wasted my money, but only once. For those of you considering this company--think again, or likewise, you'll be out of your money just like me. "

"I ordered MS Office 2011 for Mac at 2:55 PM and had my order confirmed and key in hand by 7:42 PM. I downloaded the program and the Program Installer helped me find the latest updates. Downloaded those as well.

I had no problems with this vendor and would order from them again! The purchase price was killer! Lowest rate I found off of several sites!"

"I hope you found this post by typing ”NextHW.com Scam” into Google! I want you to know that you’re not alone. NextHW.com is the biggest scam/fraudulent website I have ever dealt with. I have no idea how that website is still in business.
Here’s a quick story of what happened to me. I signed up for a NextHW.com account, pay for my first items . After that, they don't contact me. All my email messages have been ignored.My order has been deleted, I began a claim through paypal.

"Per NextHW's website, license keys are generally sent out in 4 hours and at most within 24 hours during busy times. It's been over 30 hours and I have not received my license key so I have not been able to work for the past day since my operating system is not compatible with our work software. My 3 email messages have been ignored. I will gladly retract this review if someone gets back to me which may happen now that I began a claim through paypal.

Edit: Once I started the dispute process they replied right away. Within 20 minutes I had my license key. Im guessing my order fell through the cracks somehow. Overall pleased but displeased on how long it took to get."
