"I purchased Invicta mod#11008 from Next Day Watches through Rakuten.com and they send me Invicta mod#1008. I called the phone# 20 times on different days at different times and always got a recording saying that the offices are closed. I emailed several times and got no response. I finally filed a claim with PayPal (thank goodness for PayPal) and over a month later i got a refund. Next Day Watches suck in every aspect of being a successful business. I will never ever buy another watch from this company and i will make sure my friends and family all know about it. Word of mouth is the best advertisement. Make sure you check reviews before you purchase. Beware of next day watches!!! "
" On April 9, 2015 ordered Invecta Model 1976 Chronograph Watch, order number 58231 and received on April 13 in good condition.
On Tuesday I decided the smaller dials were too small for me to read well enough and want to return for credit or exchange.
Called and e-mailed the company but the posted number was never answered and e-mails not responded to.
Posted Facebook message with no results Spoke to American Express April 19 and they told me they will put the "order under protest" and I do not have to pay for at this point. they will contact the company and try to resolve this

Received letter from AmEx stating they credited my account for the purchase price ($81.90) If the company can show that this is a valid purchase the amount will be released back to NextDayWatches . Called and spoke to "Julis" and they have tried to call, e-mail and also wrote snail mail with no response. Informed Julis that this was a valid purchase but want to return product. Will see what happens
Still have watch in original shipping container waiting to be returned. "
"I ordered a watch from this company though rakuton.com. on 5/30/2015 a Invicta 11008 Men's Reserve instead they sent me a cheap invicta 1008. I have sent them 3emails with no response. I contacted rakuten as well. I had bad feeling to begin with. they have a f raing with the better business company as well with others. I have to wonder how companies like rakuten can do business with them. they have a phone number which no one answers. this watch was suppose to be a gift. Not hearing from them makes me wonder more about this company. proceed with caution check out everyone on google including rakuten which also have very bad ratings. I will pass this along to everyone on every website until they make good on there dishonest way of doing business. "
"I think this is just a fraud site... I ordered a Bulova watch on 1/22 with promise of next day delivery..Till date when I try to track the order it says "In shipment zone".. The customer care number provided in the website never picks up. Even if you call them in business hours, you will end up reaching voice-mail asking you to call during business hours.I at least called 20 times during business hours and was never able to get hold of anyone. I also mailed them 4-5 times for the order status but never got anything in reply. Please abstain from buying anything from this store. I believe they are frauds. I will never order again from this site."
"If I hadn't needed to return the item, I would have said my purchase experience was pretty good since I received my item quickly as promised. Unfortunately, I needed to return the item and I can not begin to express how frustrating the experience has been. First, it took weeks of calling, emailing and then enrolling the help of the New Jersey Better Business Bureau to just get an RMA number. I shipped the item back immediately upon receiving the RMA. It's now been 15 business days since they received the return and I have yet to receive a refund. No one EVER answers their phone. No one EVER returns a phone call or email. It's been 3 weeks since the BBB complaint was filed and no response either. This is not a company worth doing business with. My advice... find another company that treats customers with respect and follows their established policies.
UPDATE: Finally received my refund after 6 weeks of emailing. If you are having issues, here is what you can do:

2. File a complaint with the USPS. If they receive a package and they claim they didn't so you file a claim, it's insurance fraud.

"Don't buy anything from this company? I was suppose to get my watch the next day and didn't get it for well over a week. When I tried to return it, they wouldn't send me the paper work to return the watch. After a month and contacting my credit card company, they finally issued the return paperwork. I sent everything according to their instructions and now they are saying that they never received the watch. Customer service is horrible and they have not gotten back to me when I tried to contact them."

"I ordered a watch from nextdaywatches.com about 2 weeks ago. I was lucky enough to snag an Invicta Coalition Forces Sniper Titanium Watch with Iridesant Crystal. I've been looking for this watch for months and this was the only place I found that had any in stock. Everything went as smooth as can be. I ordered the watch on Wednesday and I recieved a call Wednesday but did not call back that day. When I got the voicemail asking me to call back I was worried they were going to tell me that they actually didn't have the watch and would try to sell me something else. When I called they asked me to verify that I had placed the order with them and asked me a couple questions about my billing info to confirm my identity. I thought that was great. The watch I ordered cost over 300 bucks and I'm glad that they check. The guy I spoke to said they call on all orders over a certain dollar amount to prevent fraudulently charges. If I had called on Wednesday I would have had my watch the next day. But I didn't so I lost a day. I got my watch on Friday delivered to my door via UPS. The watch came with a neat watch box from Invicta and was obviously brand new had the tags and warranty cards. I have gotten TONS of compliments since. I've reffered all my friends and anyone that has asked me where I got the watch. I can't wait to order my next watch from nextdaywatches.com the only thing I warn people is if they call you call them back right away because it may delay your order!
Update: I ordered a 2nd watch from this company and received just as good service the 2nd time I ordered. I really don't see how some of these people can be dealing with the same company as I have. I have to laugh and just say I guess you just can't please everyone!"
