The guy in technical assistance couldn't have been nicer. He spent over 30 min with me on the phone and walked me right through it. Afterwards I had another question and left them a voice mail and he called right back in 5 min with the answer.Most Alarm companies charge $30.00 a month and up. With NextAlarm I got 2 free months and an additional 3 months for purchasing the ABN that I needed for Web monitoring. Great company."
