"Excellent shopping experience all around. They send an immediate email confirmation that your order was recieved, email updates as to the status of your order (processing, shipping/backordered, etc.) and delivery is fast.
One of the two boots I purchased did not fit comfortably, so I simply returned it for a full refund; no hassle. If you want to exchange an item, they pay for shipping the new item back to you (a good deal, I feel, considering the return is customer error related, not a fault of New Balance Web Express.) It's hard to find courtesy such as that from mail order companies these days.
They also seem to have frequent promotions such as free shipping and free appareal. My order was close to fathers day, so I got free shipping and two free tee shirts (1 per pair.)
