"I purchased some Klipsch in-wall speakers from them mid November 2019. I called 4 days later after placing my order because I did not receive an email saying they were shipped yet. I talked to a guy who said that they would ship within the next 2 days and I would receive an email confirmation with tracking. 2 days passed and no email! I called the next day, no answer! I sent an email saying that I did not receive any email confirmation. No response! I have called every day for the past 3 weeks! No answer and have left multiple messages! It has been a month now and still no Speakers! Luckily I paid with PayPal and opened a case against them(which takes a while to resolve). I cannot stress enough to NOT ORDER FROM THEM! They will ignore you and you will never get your order!"

don't be fooled by free shipping and no tax it's not worth the wait .it might be easier if they replied to emails or calls.
