"I have a heating / cooling unit built into the eaves of my attic, and changing the filter has always been an exercise in destroying the cardboard frame. There simply isn't 20" of room to insert the filter into the HVAC unit without bending the filter. Searching on "flexible furnace filter" turned up Never Buy Another Filter. I was a little reluctant to buy because they didn't have Reseller Ratings listing, but since I didn't see any more reputable alternatives I took a chance. They shipped promptly, and I received the filter 6 days after ordering it. Time will tell how durable and effective the filter will be, but so far I'm pretty happy with my purchasing experience.
