"We have been dealing with NeutronUSA for over fifteen years. They have been the most consistently reliable vendor for us. We have had usually very good, but variable experiences with other vendors (CDWG, PCMALL-GOV, NewEggBusiness, Tiger Direct; we rely on purchase order arrangements) which have tended to wax and wane with the quality of their account representatives. But NeutronUSA has always been there for us, year in and year out, with the vast majority of orders shipping not only with free shipping, but also quite quickly. Their pricing is usually very competitive. We have frequently called upon them for tech guidance regarding questions about compatibility and quality, and have found their advice to be spot on. When there has been an RMA situation (inevitable with the volume of business we do), the process has been quick and relatively straight-forward. The one thing we could take them to task for is that their website is not as sophisticated as the websites of others. Nevertheless, if you know the part number of the item you need, it can be found quite readily.
P.S. - We are usually too busy to bother with doing online reviews, but we thought it warranted a moment of our time to stand up for a quality vendor when we read the bogus review of "Baggsby" saying that this is a "fake company" and that it uses "scams". We can only assume that "Baggsby" has a grudge and/or is trying to sabotage a competitor. His/her comments are outright libelous."

I ordered it late Friday evening and mentioned in the order notes that I needed it by the following Friday and if the free shipping would not get it to me in time, that I'd be willing to pay extra for expedited shipping. To my surprise it arrived on Wednesday via FedEx 2-Day delivery at no extra cost to me! Wow! "Had my reserves about this site because of the reviews. It had a marginally lower price than other resellers in the States especially with free shipping. You get an email after your order, the site is a bit slow with updates, you eventually get an email with your shipping information. I ordered on Thursday morning and I got it Friday afternoon! Incredible! The box had a bit wear/tear but I'll chalk that up to poor treatment by the delivery folks. The product itself is completely new, unopened, has everything, and is fully functional."
"Well I can't say that all the negative reviews on Neutron USA didn't worry me out of cancelling my $67 order on a refurbished Wacom tablet. But I must say, I'm glad I'm didn't because I am actually a satisfied customer. My tablet arrived in a fashionably punctual manner, the product works so far, already installed the bundle, everything is clean out of its wrapping, etc. Nothing seems to be the problem here and I saved at least $20 off the retail value, including taxes and shipping (which Neutron USA didn't charge for my location, the biggest draw for me).
So should you shop at Neutron USA? Well, I don't know if I'd take such a huge gamble again. Seeing some of the negative reviews and seeing how the company charges you all these hidden fees doesn't seem like a coincidence. (minimum 7% cancellation fee? $15 address correction fee? omg) You might feel a lot safer with a company like Amazon and they do have amazing customer service and prices sometimes. This Wacom purchase just felt like a huge risk, and security while shopping is pretty important to have."
