"I was sold counterfeit product. When I questioned NetNutri, they were dismissive. They lied and said they spoke to the manufacturer to confirm the product is good. I know this because I spoke to the manufacturer and they confirmed the product is counterfeit and are working on getting them to stop. I only ordered from NetNutri because it is a product that is no longer available from the manufacturer and I was hoping to find some bottles still out there in the market. I was immediately suss when I saw the box was misprinted, and then the label on the bottle was peeling off and had no date stamped. Then...the capsules werent even the right color.
Do not trust this site!"

"This company is dishonest and untrustworthy! My first order with Netnutri was a disappointment as they sent me a product that was expired but had a new expiration date sticker over the old expiration date.
I was unable to return the product as it had been opened, which was disappointing. It's frustrating that one can't assess a product's quality without trying it first. When contacting customer service, the representative I spoke to was unhelpful and rude. After addressing her behavior, she abruptly ended the call. When my husband called later, he encountered the same unhelpful representative. Upon requesting to speak to a manager, he was transferred to someone who didn't answer, prompting us to call again. It seemed like our number was recognized, as we were kept on hold for an extended period before we ultimately hung up. Despite these challenges, I've reported the issue to the Manufacturer to ensure they're aware of the situation!!! "
