Horrible quality diamonds

"I purchased two different diamond bracelets and both of them had diamonds that look like broken bottle glass or white pearls, they han no sparkle at all because they look completely white. Worst part of all is I have yo pay return shipping and insurance, will never but again "

Sent broken bracelet

"They sent me a defective (clasp broken) bracelet. I returned it and they promised to reimburse me for the $5 postage. Now its a month, they don't answer emails. And they refuse to send me the money!"

Don't expect to have anyone contact you

"I placed and order and it said they'd send an email when the item shipped. I needed to cancel the order and tried 4 different ways (email, phone, website online form, and Facebook page) and no one would return my correspondence. Fast forward later in the day, I now get a shipping confirmation from them via UPS. This is absolute customer service at its worst. I'm filing with the BBB and the credit card company to get my money back. Scam site."

Always A Stunning Piece of Jewelry

"I have purchased multiple pieces of jewelry from Netaya for over a decade now and never been disappointed. Super fast shipping, wonderful packaging, and the jewelry comes in a cute jewelry box. My first purchase was in 2004 and the gold cameo still looks brand new. I had the first piece appraised by a jeweler just out of curiosity and the appraisal far exceeded what I paid. In fact, one of the salesladies at Goodman's liked it so much she took down the name Netaya and told me she was going home to purchase a cameo just like mine!
Today i received my diamond earrings from Netaya and all I can say is Wow! Wow! Wow!

Why the refund?

" I ordered earrings from them, and without warning, and also without any explanation, received a refund. I'm glad I wasn't simply left with no merchandise, but find it odd they sent an email sending me a refund without telling me why. "

You still pay even if you don't like it.

"Purchased a bracelet from Netaya but I was disappointed when the item arrived. The color of the stones, diamonds and onyx, where muted and dull even in an intense light. I was ashamed to give it to my wife as a gift! When I tried to return it, I had to "prove" that the item "was defective", otherwise it was not returnable. I (the customer) was required to pay for return shipping and insurance. This is not "shopping"--this is gambling (hoping to get a piece of jewelry you can live with.) Not a best business practice. Buyer Beware. If you don't like what they send, YOU WILL PAY for return shipping. I won't buy from Netaya ever again. "

Invisible Earrings

"I received a package but the earnings I paid for were not included. There was a free pendant enclosed. When I brought it to the attention of customer service they said that it was in the package and there was nothing they could do about it. The package was still sealed when I received it. I am disputing the charge with my credit card."

Rude, and horrible customer service. A rip off, cheap not real!!!!

"Horrible customer service!!! Jewerly is cheap and turned my neck a grayish green in less than 24 hrs. Called the 1800 number and was advised that nothing was wrong with the prodcuct, that it was probably the lotion or something I did that caused the grayish green ring around my neck!!! I was also advised by customer service (what a joke) that it was stoned sliver not sterling sliver that was advertised!!! I asked for my money back and they sent a return e-mail with the return address that was not printable. Customer service also told me I would be out the cost of shipping the necklace back, because like I mentioned, it was not the necklace that turned my neck greenish gray, it was of course, something I used or just my body chemistry! They are a rip off!!!"

"I purchased a triple infinity sterling silver ring from this store and I love it! My Mother loved it so much that I ordered a sapphire ring for her... the diamonds are not the greatest, but for the $23.00 I paid, who would expect they would be perfect. The ring is high polished silver and it fit perfect and shipped very fast.. I just ordered the anchor necklace for myself too.. So far, I'm very happy with this store. "

"ATROCIOUS quality, wrong item shipped, for starters! I ordered half carat diamond earring studs, round brilliant cut. I RECEIVED Princess cut so-called diamond studs, that were no larger than a quarter carat. And the stones? So yellow, with so many inclusions, one jeweler thought they were paste. I contacted both Netaya and ebay- supposedly they are going to refund my credit card with no problem. We will see. How I WISH I had read your ratings first! Spread the word- JoAnn vR"

"Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I ordered a pair of earrings and they sent the wrong color. I informed them and they assured me once I returned them, they would credit me. One month later, I still had not received the refund. Then, one week later, I received a set of replacements earrings in the mail, which I did not order. I contacted them, and they said they did an exchange. I did not ask for an exchange. After several emails and phone calls, I still do not have a resolution. Do not order from this company. "
