"Net Pro PC's ripped me off big time. I sent a payment of 512 dollars for a computer that I bought for my parents. I used paypal and transferred the funds from my checking account. They kept saying 'your order has been processed and shipping may take up to 3 weeks'... WELL I waited 3 weeks and because I was paient I waited past the 30 day mark that I could declare check fraud from my bank and past the 30 day mark to file a complaint with paypal. Needless to say I NEVER got my money back and would LOVE to pursue a law suit but I have no clue on how to get started with it. Plus they said they filed bankruptcy or something so I couldn't get my money back. So i'm stuck and this sucks because i'm out 512 dollars. I hate net pro pcs and the guy that runs it is probably going to hell for screwing so many people over. My email address is ****@**** if anyone has any suggestions to help me out with the legal aspects of it and getting my money back. It has been 2 years and I have no idea what the statutes of limitations are for this. "If anyone is interested I have the true contact information for this person and there actual name, business address and actual phone #. There role as a computer builder was kind of in fact a pyramid scheme. Where as they operated as a legitimate business for a said period of time and built up a reputable client list than they quite literally over sell themselves and cash out. (ie sell products under false pretenses than never come through) They are currently repeating this scheme under a different business with a different name and address. They are in fact based out of a different address where they run all there scams from. I have actually been ripped off by this person from two different false businesses. I have since than decided to pursue finding out the persons real name and location. Currently I am pursuing legal action, but this is proving to be diffulcult considering I am the only person accusing them of fraudulent action. The said person is operating under a front of another business making it difficult to point the finger at them for another business. If anyone is interested in joining me or doing there own lawsuit please contact me ASAP!"

Becker has committed Fraud with several of its customers, they have taken monies from unsuspecting and trusting consumers only to skate with their money and no product leaving the victom to try and get the credit card to replace the money Albert said ti me personally and I quote" call the credit card company and get your money back you're not getting a computre sent to you" so not only am I not getting the product I paid for no refund either and while this was going on he is still advertising and selling ficticious computers which will never be sent. Albert J. Becker is a FRAUD. He needs to be arrested and sent to jail."
