"I ordered Cat 5 and keystone jacks and plates on Sunday. The order was shipped the next day and delivered on Thursday. All materials are of good quality and the total price was the best of my comparisons. A minor negative: I like to receive tracking numbers with my order, but did not receive one. I used their instant message option to contact customer service and the rep said he would email a tracking number and never did. Since everthing went smoothly, I will still order again, but hope they update their customer service."
