"I recently came across Louis Christopher Nelson Texas gun trader profile on March 8, 2024 and I was interested in purchasing a Glock 43x for $400 usd. He sent me a picture of his DLs and also FFL. He informed me to send half to take ad off market, at that time I sent $200. We agreed on a meeting location/time for the following day in Waco,Texas which was the halfway point between the both of us. (Austin - Fort Worth) The morning of the meet March 10, 2024 I contacted Louis asking for my original $200 because I haven’t heard from him. He responded back saying he will meet once I send remaining balance of $200. I sent remaining amount and he informed me he will be on the way to the meet point. I drive 1 hour and 36 minutes to Waco from Austin and Louis Nelson was a no show and wasn’t picking up phone or responding. What can I do to escalate this issue and possibly get my $400 back. I have proof of all transactions. "
"I have experienced the absolute worst customer service from any retailer I have done business with from Rick, the owner, and Miguel. Absolutely no follow up!!!! Beware. Once they have your money, forget about any follow through. On top of that they have the gull to charge high prices. Save yourself money and grief by shopping somewhere else.

His staff took the time to review the gun with me, and made sure that I was happy with my purchase before I left the store. "We purchased a DPMS TAC20 7.62mm rifle from Nelson Tactical as a display rifle for our store. We were a little concerned because the outfit seems a little small, the rifle we wanted is almost impossible to find "in stock", and the caller ID for the store says "Debbie's Video". "I purchased a DPMS SASS and they had it for the lowest cost from ANY other website/dealer out there. Order was placed online just before 10:30am, before 11:30am I received email that FFL license was required. By 2:30pm I received email that item had been shipped and just after tracking confirmation number was received. These guys are true to there word and I can assure you I will use them again in the future. The gun was prestigous and everything was on the up and up. Got me a nice shirt with it as well. I am writing this review because it was so hard for me to find solid reviews before I made my purchase and I took the chance investing $1800.00, well, nelson tactical rocks balls! And lone star guns in Harlingen TX does as well for there prompt service in taking the transfer."
