"Before ordering the faux granite countertop paint, I inquired twice as to what colors were in the cans. Both times I got a stock reply"look at the website" It took me about 25 minutes to finally find it, but I fond a color chart and went back and forth between the color #s in the kit and the chart and it looked like I would be getting gray, dark brown, white, beige and a copper color. I ordered it, got no conformation of my order, which cost over $93 (kit was $64, rest was shipping) so after a week I called and got a nice guy who couldn't find my order and after much looking, said he's call me back. He called back and said the order was shipped that day (1 week after being ordered) Finally got it, opened the tiny little cans of paint, and thought it was a joke! I got bright fuschia, cans marked clear that were taxi cab orange, a light salmon, a dark salmon and a blue grey a sponge and a paint brush. It looked like less that $20 worth of bizarre colors. The labels on the cans were copies so you couldn't read them, the instructions were copied over so many times you couldn't hardly read them-it was a huge waste of money and time. I immediately called and got a hold of a very nice girl named Emily who said she'd process my return as soon as possible. Two days later I get an email from her stating that they made a mistake mixing the one color marked clear and it should have been burgundy instead of fuschia. She'd be happy to send me the new can free. WHAT? There wasn't supposed to be fuschia or burgundy to begin with. The can marked clear was taxi cab yellow. So I emailed her back and said I had moved on and wanted a refund. That was Monday, 3 weeks after I first ordered this. This is Friday of the fourth week and still no email, no refund, no phone call and no return label. I am reversing the charges on my credit card and probably will never hear from them ever again. This company is a disaster. I also was going to write a letter to the CEO, but funny how no names associated with this company are listed anywhere. "
"I own a consulting forestry services company in Central PA. I use Nelson timber marking paint exclusively. It works well and is reasonably priced. I normally use another company that deals in their products to ship. Last time I ordered, I thought I would try direct from the manufacturer. It has been a week and a half and nothing has been delivered. Some confusion at the shipping facility must have occurred. When I called Nelson about this I have experienced some of the worst customer service. I asked the gentlemen what happened and he put me on hold and said he would see. When he came back he said that "they are hunting for it on the loading dock". When asked what happen he said he did not bother to ask but rest assured it would be sent out. When asked when it would arrive he said sometime this year. Absolutely astounding. GREAT PRODUCT BUT DO NOT BUY DIRECT FROM MANUFACTURER."

"With all the great reviews, I feel like I'm just being fussy but something they did is terribly wrong. I ordered a $32 8oz product, went through the checkout and paid the $15 shipping for ground. I was emailed TWO days later saying that the $15 shipping fee was just "an estimate" and that they would have to charge and additional $4.50. Bait and switch is all over that. I just cancelled my order as I don't want to encourage that kind of seller behavior."
