"I love the software and labels but will never order CD's from them again. I ordered 100 Handi-CDR business card cdr's and they were junk. Couldn't be recognized 95% of the time and both my burners would spit them back out asking for a disc in Nero6 Ultra. I called to have them returned and the girl told me they would probably refund me the entire amount. Out of 100 I burned about 20 and that was after I thought I had ruined a few from errors. I then proceeded to put each one in and see if it would be recognized and they would start to read and then each burner would pop back out asking for a disc. I returned the rest which was about 77 and they only refunded me for 50 disc price of $38.99. What about the rest? Not even a coupon to keep me coming back? nada I might have bought some more if someone had a reasonable explaination like they got a bad shipment or something but never heard anything.
Can't give a good rating with customer service like that when others guarantee there discs!
I'll still buy labels but never cdr's if they won't even honor what they sell as a good product.
I'm a DJ and have a great program to make business card CDR's but that is the last thing I need is to give someone a business card CDR that doesn't work.
Update: Must have been just a bad batch at that time. I have ordered since and no problems what so ever with the Handi CDR's!"
