I ordered 4 tins of tea on 12/10/11, my card was charged on the 12th, but by the end of the month I had not received either my order or any communication on the status of my order, despite that I'd sent several emails and left several phone messages (you'll never get a live person on the phone). Nearly a month later on January 2 they shipped half the order with a note that the remaining half would ship in four days. Two months later it still hasn't shipped!"

"I ordered 3 items. Organic Jamaica Red Rooibus Rishi Tea, Gourmet Blackberry tea, and Organic Chai Tea...Two of the three arrived within a few days. I have yet to recieve the Jamaica Red tea. I sent an email to the company, but have heard NOTHING from them. On my invoice that came in the mail, the missing product has a line marked through the qty number.
As of this writing, I will never order from them again, nor will I recommend them to anyone else."

I am updating my review to say that I received a message on my voicemail from them who was very apologetic and assured me the items would ship two day mail. They also said they would call back so they could speak to me directly. Despite me calling them back directly I was never able to actually speak with anyone. They definitely need to work on their customer service."
