"I ordered several things from this merchant, including some packages of steel-cut oats. These packages are apparently made of cellophane and are very flimsy (which I found out later). Anyway, I took one of the unopened bags to work with me, and when I got there and pulled it out of my bag, it ripped on me, and most of the contents spilled out.

I called the merchant back and told them what happened. The woman who answers their phone at first acted sympathetic, but when I asked for a credit or refund, her personality completely changed. She absolutely refused to give me a refund, and she was extremely rude and sarcastic in everything she said after that. When I mentioned that giving me a refund might help them keep me as a customer, she said something like, "Fine, I'll just remove you from all our mailing lists then."

In short, the woman who handles the phone orders there is extremely rude and unreasonable. I would never order from this merchant again unless I can't find a product somewhere else.
