"Vitamin cottage customer service is awful! I bought a supplement from them and it didnt work out for me and i decided to return it since they boast themselves in 90 days satisfaction guranteed. However that was not the case, the manager gave me a hard time about returning their product worth $14. Also, they do not have the best selection or the best prices! Supplements are $15 and you get 30 pills...while online or elsewhere you get 120 or more for that much money. I couldnt believe how insulted i was! I will never shop again at vitamin cottage"

"I loved shopping at Vitamin Cottage when I lived in CO and was glad to see that they had an online store when I moved East. Unfortunately I am very disappointed with the service from the website. It takes a week or more for my orders to ship and the shipping rates have been pretty high. They claim 3-6 days for shipping but it has been 9 days since my last order and it still has not shipped. I am able to get most products cheaper on other sites and they ship within 24-48 hours at lower shipping rates. Currently I only use Natural Grocers for my favorite bulk items and products I can't find in my area. "

The only change I wish you'd make is to allow gift cards to be used online. I've had a gift card for 3 years and haven't been able to use it online yet. Most online retailers allow this feature and I'd sure love it if Vitamin Cottage did too."
