"When I received my safe and opened it I was shocked at the amount of plastic used. The entire interior, the back of the door, the handle and surrounding combination lock. Then I went on You tube and discovered how quick my new safe can be broken into. Shame on me for not doing the appropriate research. The company wants more than half of the price to return it. That sounds like a great deal. I hope I can sell it and get a real safe for the online website called Safes and Vaults. Great company with a helpful customer service department. I am disappointed that customer service has disappeared. Gone from our culture."
"I needed a few answers to some very technical questions about their safes. I emailed them and they got back to me right away with detailed answers. I ended up buying two safes from them and I am very happy with the quality of the safes that I got. I would order from them again. "

I ordered the safe, and sent the money via paypal.com.
I never received an order number or any communication telling me the order was completed.
I called to get information as to when the order would ship, as well as sent an email. The email told me they would let me know when the order shipped. The call resulted in me being told someone would get back to me.
I received an email within the next 24 hours stating the the safe "shipped today" and they will send tracking information as soon as available.
I waited, and with no email, I sent an email 48 hours later asking for am update.
I received a reply stating it would be sent ASAP.
But I am wondering why they don't have it - seeing I was told it already shipped.
And STILL no order number.
This has been a week with this ordeal, and not what I would expect. If something happened, like a glitch, or the product is back ordered, it is better to tell your customer; with assurance they will still be taken care of. I haven't had a 'Warm & Fuzzy' dealing with this company. And if I do not receive a tracking number soon, I will cancel the order."

" I would never recommend this company. I have called them 5 times with nothing but an email response saying no. I ordered the wrong size safe and wanted to return it still in the original box.I would pay for the shipping. I needed a safe that was even $500 more. Nothing but a dead end. I have bought many safes off of them NEVER AGAIN!!!!!"

The experience was a night mare.
I thought I will never get the safe from them.
I was getting mixed messages, nobody was sure were they shipped the item to. Then the company was giving me wrong information about the delivery.
Finally I left a message in the California office saying that I am going to call the credit card company to get my money back, then all of a sudden I received the safe. it took more than a month to solve the puzzle., NEVER AGAIN!!!!

"my safe arrived damaged and i had to reinstall and solder the wires to it. also, the label on the front of the safe took 20 minutes to remove. company didn't have too much to say seeing that i fixed the safe and am using it. but when i pay $300 for something i expect it to be perfect!!!"
