"I purchase a IR 7802SA Shear and when it arrived, the inside of tool box had a doodling inside, the shears had material on the cutting edge. Emailed National Tool Warehouse for a replacement twice and have received no response, still waiting. Most good companies would not hesitate to replace the unit with a "NEW" one.

We bought a Mityvac Pressure Bleed System and the pump lid came cracked, call them and the usual excuses..... to make a long history short we had to appeal to PayPal and they recover the money and deposited to our bank. "I ordered gloves and the next day got an email saying the items were not in stock and they had no idea when they would be back. I checked online and the website did not say OUT of Stock so I contacted Customer Service and their reply was they were having inventory software issues and were trying to get it corrected. Three days later, they sent me an email asking that I take another look at the gloves again. Sure enough they were listed like they were in stock. I wanted about two weeks and tried again but got the same result. This time when I contacted Customer Service I did not get a reply.
I feel all they want is your personal information and are a bogus company. STAY AWAY!!!"

"I made a purchase from the Tool Warehouse that was delivered to my front porch broken. After calling the Tool Warehouse customer service and initiating a claim along with emailing photos of the damaged item I expected a return authorization and a replacement item sent. That never happened. After 25 days, 8 phone calls and 3 additional emails I still have not received a return authorization, refund, or replacement item. This business is totally inept and dishonest. Do not give them your business!!
I am now forced to make a claim through PayPal and hope for the best."

"Wow, so where to start... So I was/did buy an ROB-34788 and OTC-3874 from this company. I wil be honest this may be the worset online company ever and I find it insane how their are no reviews about any issues here but 4 positive when I have nothing but issues with them.
First and formost, I called in wait 30 mins to speak to a sales rep on a purchase.. I get a run around on the price as they said we had a price increase and the new cost will be 1000 more!
That's funny as the other company I bought from has it for 200 less as it stands. They refused to process order. That's fine I went to their biggest compitor and guess what I saved more then 200! and got some free items too!
All in all guys go to the other company they have a much easy site to find items on and better staff."
"Well, although I am writing this review 16 months after purchase, I feel compelled to send accolades to NTW for a REALLY excellent product: Item 900 Peak-Amp Ultra-Portable Jump Starter with Flashlight. It is superb in starting my Lincoln when I have periodically left some electronic gadget on after parking at home. The Jump Starter keeps a charge FOREVER and I have never been disappointed in starting a really dead battery. Kudos to NTW and the manufacturer for the product! It always works and is always stays charged. I don't know how they did it, but in NJ's freezing weather, the jump starter ALWAYS works, starting the moribund car. Thank you for such a fine product!"
