"We've been ordering incontinent products for months from this company. Until now the service has been wonderful prompt, no charge for freight over 100.00 and they have the best price & quality merchandise. We are hoping that this will continue however last week for the first time in about 6 months the wrong product was shipped on 6/4/12 and we have been trying to reach them. Problem is their mailbox is now full and no one is responding to our emails. We were forced to go somewhere else today because we are running out. In the meanwhile 3 cartons of the wrong mdse is sitting here waiting for a RA and either a replacement for the product or a credit. I will be happy to come back and tell you they resolved this issue & what happened. If it wasn't for this error I would have given them 5 stars. Errors happen I really hope there is a good explanation and we can continue to shop with them and share our experience as a positive one. HS"
"It specifically says "free shipping" on the google shopping results page for this item, BUT when you get to National Med supplies' website you find it's only free shipping for orders over $100 and this item is 51 cents below $100. That is dishonest. It shouldn't say free shipping on the google results."

"There are problems with this supplier. I was billed for a complete order but, the order was not shipped complete. I called 2 times over three days and left messages to return my call. There was never anyone to answer the phone or return a phone call. I have also emailed. I will have to protest my credit card billing. What a pain!"
