"Ordered a thermostat on RocketIAQ.com and my card was immediately charged. An email receipt was sent stating that they would email at shipment. Two weeks passed and nothing. This despite a "3 Days or Less" claim on their website. No indication of backorder. Phone support is non-existent: Their number rings one recording during business hours, another during non-business hours, but no option for leaving a message or waiting for a representative, only instruction to contact at the email address. I've done this repeatedly to no avail. I think this is a fake company collecting money with no intent to deliver, and am reporting it as such."

"I placed a order on sept 1, 2016 for a Honeywell humidifier $664.99
2 weeks had past no product no call. So I went on there site contact page and called P.A. I talked to a customer service representative Chris he didn't know what the issue was but said he would look into it and call me back,never did. I called back next day Chris said he was about to call me. Chris said the reason for the delay is because the product was found damaged and that he was glad he didn't ship a damaged product and he will ship a new one out. Needless to say I called back 3days later talked to Chris he said there was a problem with there supplier that he will call me back. Chris did call me back said that he talked to management and was informed that they no longer have it in stock and the price will now likely go up or cancel the order(such a scam) I said cancel my order it's been almost a month you took my money and now you price gouged . So
I looked on there site 2days after and to my surprise they jumped the price to 784.99 I called no answer. Is left a message via there chat on the site,they responded with a message they we're busy. Chris called my home and explained that there's nothing that could be done and he would give me 5 o/o off he said I couldn't talk to a manager what a joke this company saw the products popularity and increased there price even after purchasing what a scam never do business with them. (I called to see if I was refunded and sure enough still didn't receive my money back ) scammers don't trust"
