"I placed two orders and paid for them online. The orders were not confirmed to me by email, so I called the company and was told the customer service rep didn’t see them in the system. So she sold me on a 4 pack of my supplement, even though I had only ordered a two pack, and placed that order in addition to a second one for shipment to family member. Before I hung up, the customer service rep aid she saw the original order did go through and took my phone number to confirm with me she would cancel the duplicate orders. I also sent an immediate email to customer service. Neither ever responded and I received TRIPLE the original order. I would never use this company again."
