"I ordered a Brooks B67 saddle from this company. Their prices were good. Shipping was slow, but I figured what the hey, I can wait. It took several days to ship and upon arrival I decided the saddle was not going to work. I looked online to find out their return policy and lo and behold I see that they want me to be totally satisfied and my return will be subject to a 30% restocking fee!!!!

I emailed to ask about this and received no response. So overall: pricing, good, shipping, fair, customer service, poor, return policy, the worst.

Stick with Nashbar, Performance and other reputable sites unless you're absolutely sure, can wait, and don't need any customer service."
