"Huge selection of parts. Excellent customer service. They ask for your VIN so that they can confirm that the part you ordered is the correct one. On my first order I didn't enter the VIN. They emailed me asking for it. I ordered another part a couple weeks later and remembered to enter the VIN. Jonathan from customer service called me to let me know that the part I ordered was incorrect for my vehicle. He left a voice mail and the number where I could reach him directly. The correct one ended up being about $20 cheaper. He just wanted to verify if I wanted the correct part for my truck, or if I specifically needed this one. Once it was all straightened out they shipped my part. I haven't had customer service this good in a long time."
