"This seller is a fraud. Heed all the warnings you see--it is not worth your trouble to buy from this cheating scoundrel. My story is just like all the others--bought a Western Digital external hard drive, but received a cheap & refurbished knock-off instead. I'm still going through paperwork and legal proceedings, so I'm not too happy with all the stress this has caused me. I wish eBay, PayPal, the Attorney General of NJ, the BBB or SOMEBODY with some power will take this guy down. It will make the world a better place."

"I have filed complaints with the NJ BBB, and the New York State Attorney General's office about this guy. The product I bought through his eBay store became faulty in 60 days, and he has refused to replace it.

The worst customer service and replacement I have ever experienced - he should not be allowed to do business, period.

My next port of call is Fox5.

"This was an auction won off of Ebay. When I could not get it to work and it was not the item described in the auction I emailed this store. After numerous emails I finally left neutral feedback stating that once he has your money you're finished with him. He is unprofessional and will not only be reported to the BBB but also to the Attorney General in his area. WooooHooooo....it paid off. He's been arrested for theft twice and is now NARU through Ebay. It seems the state of New Jersey and the FBI do not like Theft by Deception. YES. I couldn't be happier. "

"This Guy is a DIRTBALL! Purchased harddrive as brand new sealed, but received a refurbished hard drive. I emailed him and told him he responded saying, "You don't have to lie, everything I sell is new." He denied anything wrong. I left him negative feedback on ebay and he got it removed because I put a website in my feedback comment. He then left me negative feedback to get back at me! He is a HORRIABLE seller who lies and sells items which are not as he lists them!"

"Even though I mistakenly closed the dispute on eBay on the following item (EXTERNAL 250GB USB 2.0 SLIM HARD DRIVE WESTERN DIGITAL (#130025952847), which is now posted on My eBay as “the dispute has been closed by mutual agreement” but however, I did not receive any refund from narro until this moment. Any how, I wanted NOT to close the fraud until I get my money back because narro, the seller sent me a messages that stated two choices to offer:
1- to refund
2- to send a new item which I totally refused this second choice as my issue is no longer a matter of replacing the item but just to get my money back from a robber .
Narrow is the worse “human being” (assuming he is classified under this group of species) ever in eBay’s and business history. Arrogant, rude, liar, never responds to your letters. I think eBay can do nothing to stop him because they make a lot of money out of his fraudulent transactions on their web site.

"Narro Corp is a fraud! Do not buy unless you want to lose your money!

They sold me the wrong antenna for the GPS Compact Flash Card that I also purchased from them. They claimed 'The Holux MMCX Amplified Active Antenna was designed specifically for your unit.' ...Guess what...it was NOT the antenna designed for my unit! It was the wrong antenna!!! I wonder if they even tried connecting the antenna to one of their cards before they made that claim!??

I e-mailed them and they seemed very helpful at first...they offered to refund my money if I returned the antenna.

I did exactly that and according to my shipper, my return was RECEIVED by NARRO CORP on OCTOBER 5, 2006 !! You do the math! It is now November 1, 2006 and no sign of my money! I have e-mailed them several times and they have not even responded once!

Narro Corp now has my antenna and my money! I lost even more, as I had to pay for the return shipping!

So many false promises! They also claim they ship same day!! Give me a break, my antenna (the wrong one!!) took over a week before they shipped it.

Bottom line, do not bother with Narro Corp unless you have money to loose! If by chance you do, I can think of a lot better ways to loose it than shopping at Narro Corp.

"Setting up the USB external hard drive was a bit of a problem. In the past, I just plugged the device in and installed any necessary drivers, and my computer would immediately recognize the new drive. With this drive, I needed to partition it before I could use it, which I discovered by going to the Support section of narro.com . I read the instructions there and everything worked out fine, so there wasn't any harm done. Other than that, delivery was prompt, and I didn't experience any difficulties with the purchase itself. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from this seller again."

"Communication is fast, answers to questions are received without long waiting periods.

The Shipping & Handling fees charged were 262% (sic!) higher than the actual shipping costs. The quote for combined shipping of more identical items maintained this relation, i.e. it was always 262% the actual cost of shipping.

The merchandise was sent out ten days after the company received the payment.

The item arrived in good shape and as described, although there is not much that can go wrong with an empty nylon bag.

"To be honest, narro is one of the slowest shipper I have ever dealt with, having said that, I did eventualy get my product as promised.

I feel Narro is in over his head, he processes a lot more orders than he/his staff can handle.

Further its clear that he is not telling something about his business, the order was shipped 2 weeks after I paid for the item, clearly he did not have the item at the time order was placed.

It might be better if he actually discloses this fact.

Don't know whats going on, but truth goes a long way in any business.

Also narro can work better by responding to email telling truth in a timely manner, I think the reason he does not respond to email is beacuse he is hiding something and only replies when he has some real news about the order.

I would recommend only place orders with narro with Credit Cards that have online protection, I was 1 hr away from getting my money back when narro sent me a tracking number.

Advice for narro:
- Tell truth
- Get more staff
- get someone fulltime to take care of emails.

"Slow shipping + said it was a Western Digital external drive but it isn't. It's an INTERNAL WD Caviar drive put inside a Bytecc enclosure. I phoned Western Digital and they even confirmed that the drive placed inside is a refubrished one! This drive could be used, there are no Western Digital packaging or documentation at all. Very misleading advertising! He never said anything about it on he's description on e-bay or his store. Mow I'm reading tons of very bad reviews on this seller... This seller is a thief, not joking or exagerating. Do a little research and you'll see. What's really wrong is that most people don't realize that the product they just buyed is not what's supposed to be. Soon he'll get what he deserves."
