"Was a loyal customer for 2+ years
I was overbilled ($180 for a 20 mile/30 min trip) and contacted them for a refund/credit, they were completely rude and refused to refund or adjust my bill.
They were not the slightest bit concerned they would a customer with OVER 30 RIDES with them.

THEY ARE COMPLETE JERKS - BEWARE!!!

There are several other Naperville-Based limo companies that are not only friendlier & more professional, but also at least 25% cheaper...."
