"Do not buy from this company....they can never get and order right and refuse to ever contact you via email, "fake live chat" and no phone...just want a refund of cancelled order...after reading the multitude of bad reviews it seems like the only common response thread was "it must have gotten lost in the mail". Maybe our Congressmen and the FBI should get involved with this company out of Israel."

"Cheap quality and Namefully would not own up to flaws. Lettering had black burn marks all in it like sterling silver but I ordered white gold. Worst thing was that only a few of the letters had this flaw so it wasn't even symmetrical. I had to pay a 25% restocking fee to return it. For a $300 necklace, that turn out to be $75. Basically I paid $75 for a terrible experience.
I thought the other reviewers were just unlucky. Don't make the same mistake I made.
UPDATE: Namefully decided to refund the full amount. For that, I upgraded the rating from 1 star to 3. They made a mistake but they made it right, eventually. "
