"Not sure what some of the other people are complaining about, I have never had a bad experience with this company and I have ordered hundreds of tags for many different companies. If you are a re-seller, do your research, get samples if needed so you know exactly what you are getting and you will have no problems whatsoever. If you do have a problem that came from their end they will always correct it right away. Never had shipping issues, have always gotten my orders in a timely fashion. I really love the Express re-order button as I do a lot of the same tags for same client over and over, makes it very fast and convenient. Always double-check yourself, your art and your addresses, I would imagine many mistakes are user oversights, not the company's fault. I do wish they gave a bit of a better re-seller discount, otherwise I have not one complaint. Thank you NTC!"
