"Beware when placing orders over $200 as this company requires a copy of the front and back of your credit card as well as a government issued id. I'm quite surprised that a company would even ask for that, and even more surprised that apparently people are willing to provide that level of private information to a company. I certainly was not, and have asked for a refund since Nalley was certainly quick to charge my account before receiving this information. Hopefully they will refund the money just as quickly. It would be nice if this requirement was divulged BEFORE payment was processed."

"I've made several parts orders with Nalley. I'm restoring an 'obsolete' car, and Nalley has been able to obtain NOS parts that are unavailable from other suppliers. In one instance, a shipment disappeared en-route to me, but the staff at Nalley were quick to fix the problem and re-ship the parts. In another instance, they were quick to adjust a bill for some parts that were ordered but found to be no longer available. Overall I'm satisfied with their service and will continue to do business with them. The staff are exceptionally nice and courteous."
