"I bought a Groupon for Nalace ($19 for $40 worth of costumes and merchandise). The first time I attempted to place my order, my groupon was not function properly and was only giving me $20 off my purchase rather than the $40 I was granted. I hit the contact us button and sent Nalace a message telling them my problem, within 24 hours I received the following message:
Hi,
The error has been fixed. We apologize.

I then proceeded to place my order with Nalace on October 1. I sent a message on October 7th stating that my order still says processing and I wanted to know when and if my item would be shipped before Halloween. I received not reply. I sent another message on October 14th, no reply. Finally on October 22, I sent them a message saying that I wanted my order cancelled and for them to not debit my account. I still have not received a message or reply back. I contacted Groupon and they quickly and efficiently returned my money for the Nalace groupon purchase. I give Nalace a rating of 0.

"worst company ever. Think they tried to scam groupon. Bought a groupon and went to the site and ordered a costume and then all down hill from there. Received confirmation registration email and confirmation email of my order and never heard from them since. I emailed several times, tried the chat with live rep option--ha ha , and left voice mail messages. I did report to BBB. I would pick ZERO stars for the rating below but it won't let me. They do not even deserve 1 star...."

"Wish I'd seen this site before I bought the Groupon. They took my order, sent me a confirmation email, and that was the last I ever heard from them. Could not contact them by email or phone (at least, got no response whatsoever), and my order has disappeared into thin air.
I did get a refund from Groupon, though. Complain through Groupon - they are aware of the problem now and will give you back your money if you ask. Groupon is a reputable company. Nalace is a company of scammers, liars, thieves and cheaters.

"Bought a Groupon and placed an order in mid September. I received an email about my order being processed. But have heard nothing since. I have called and emailed. But have gotten no response. I emailed Groupon yesterday, but haven't received a response yet. SOOO Frustrating!"

"Bought a groupon but havnt gotten to use it. Their site is always down, when the DID put it back up the prices had doubled and tripled what they were previously! They had a page on facebook but all anyone was posting was horrible reviews about how it was a scam and no one ever got their items! STAY AWAY!!!!!"

"Same issue as everyone else. They took my money, sent me a faux "order received email", and then never shipped the products. This is a scam. I've contacted Groupon to request they immediately break ties with this company and refund all coupons."

"AWFUL! Their site looks professional but the rest seems like fraud. They should be reported to the Better Business Bureau. I ordered an item August 29th and the funds were debited that day. Once my 6-8 business days had passed and the item was still not here, I called and left voicemails(when there system was working), sent customer service a voice mail and even attempted contacting them via live chat on their web site and was advised it wasn't in service and left another message. I have yet to receive a single response. After reading the previous comments I figured I need to act sooner then later. I have since contacted my credit card company who has already credited me the charges. STAY CLEAR of this site!!"

"DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!!! I placed an order July 29, 2012. I even received an email stating it was going to take 6-8 days for shipping. It's August 26th and I have not received anything. I have email them.... called them and even left a voicemail over a week ago and no email or call back. It's very frustrating, especially because the money was debited from my account right away and the items I ordered were for my son's birthday party on Sept 1st. Now looks like I lost the money and I have to spend more to get new items. I always shop online, but this is the first time with Nalace.com and the WORST experience EVER! Do not trust them... They'll take your money and you will NOT be able to get a hold of them!"
