"I had to chase up the non-delivery of the above with NZ Watch Store via email as they don’t answer their 0800 number and don’t seem to be online for chat. Net safe NZ advised that this website is NOT a New Zealand website therefore I believed that I had been scammed and was about to report this to my bank. The watch finally arrived today and it is in a proper Fossil box with a Fossil book. I am however suspicious this watch is a fake as the box had multiple coloured stickers on the bottom with people’s names on the stickers eg. ADAMK, SHERRYC, JAMES. The Fossil tag attached to the watch is different from the official Fossil tags and the book is a little tatty with dirty marks on it. Therefore I am not convinced the watch is the real deal. The explanation from the company about delayed delivery was weird. "

"This is an absolutely FAKE store. It's definitely NOT in NZ. Even the positive "reviews" they list have fake names that are not Te Reo or Kiwi names. Delivery took nearly a month! The shipment came from Asia, then sent on locally by a NZ courier. The watch had been set on Asian (Thailand??) time. The box looked used and there was no Seiko instruction book. I regret buying from this site online. Now I doubt that the watch is even genuine. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE - IT IS A FRONT. (and quite a clever one too.)

"I bought a Swatch watch in Dec 2017 and it never tell the real time. I returned that to them in March 2018.
They could not be bothered with even acknowledging receipt of the defective watch until i pressed further.
A Tanya replied . Despite several emails and text, there is no update from them and I am still watchless.
This kind of service is not befitting for a company in New Zealand.
