" Ordered software and tried to use shipping option of $5.00 for shipment. Always defalted to $15.00 express mail.
When I complained, I was told "The web master is trying to fix it" and was promised that if I went ahead with the order, the order would be changed to reflect the slower mail charge of $5.00.
That didn't happen. Got the software 2 days later, express mail, $15.00 charge.

The company charged my credit card twice for the
one product. Can't get them to answer my calls
or e-mail to credit the overcharge. VERY UNHAPPY, IN ADDITION, THE SOFTWARE ISN'T USEABLE WITH MY DVD BURNER!
FINAL ADVICE, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!"
